Proposal Process and Timelines Materials should be submitted to OID at least ten business days before the grant or project deadline. OID will then review and revise the grant application as needed, determine the necessary signatures and route the paperwork internally (may take up to one week), and return the signed letter or grant paperwork according to the requester directions. Letters of support and grants will be approved and signed when the grant or project meets the strategic direction of the district, when a committed partnership is created, and when applicable materials are presented in a regular and timely manner. |
